What we're looking for

4+ years of product management experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or technical infrastructure.
Proven track record leading platform initiatives including planning, risk mitigation, and change management.
Domain expertise in DevOps practices, deployment pipelines, IaC, and platform observability with hands-on experience.
Strong technical fluency in CI/CD systems, container technologies, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to define, measure, and analyze KPIs for developer productivity, deployment velocity, and platform reliability.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders across all levels.
