What you'll do

  • Manage product lifecycle from General Availability through End-of-Sale and End-of-Support.
  • Prioritize and drive resolution of field issues, defects, and customer escalations.
  • Ensure product quality meets enterprise, security, and reliability standards.
  • Evaluate and approve engineering change requests to manage cost and supply continuity.
  • Provide clear updates on risks, status, and recommended actions to leadership.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in hardware product management or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from GA to EOL.
  • Expertise in sustaining engineering and quality assurance for enterprise products.
  • Strong skills in change management and impact assessment across supply chain.
  • Experience with cloud-connected devices and certification programs required.
