  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to define and implement scalable SaaS platform infrastructure and multi-tenant architecture.
  • Experience translating product direction into actionable engineering programs and managing complex cross-team initiatives.
  • Strong track record of co-owning technical architecture approval with engineering leadership.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics.
