Senior Product Analyst, Order to Cash | Okta

What you'll do

• Serve as primary expert for NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules, owning configuration and optimization.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot data flow and integration errors across Salesforce, NetSuite, RevPro, ensuring accurate order and billing data.
• Drive improvements in dunning and collections processes, optimizing workflows for cash flow and revenue goals.
• Support financial close activities, maintaining compliance with SOX, SOC, and ASC 606 requirements.
• Create dashboards using SuiteAnalytics and RevPro Analytics to provide actionable insights on revenue and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions.
• Expertise in configuring and integrating NetSuite with third-party systems like Salesforce, Celigo, Zuora RevPro, Avalara.
• Proven ability to collaborate with development teams and drive projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of financial close processes, reconciliation, and compliance standards (SOX, ASC 606).
• Demonstrated initiative in applying AI tools to improve O2C processes and mentor team members.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification or equivalent industry certifications preferred.
