What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Technical field with at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with process and equipment development in manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis methods, and data analysis tools like Minitab or JMP.
Understanding of SPC principles including process capability analysis and control charts.
Ability to program, run, and troubleshoot automated assembly equipment and metrology tools.
