What you'll do

Lead cross-functional programs to improve repair quality, turnaround times, and operational performance.
Identify and resolve recurring issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage vendor performance, including SLAs, reviews, and improvement plans.
Develop and implement scalable processes and workflows for operational efficiency.
Establish and manage operational metrics and dashboards to measure performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing repair failures and costs.
Communicate program status, risks, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

At least 8 years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proven ability to drive operational improvements and deliver measurable business results
Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and resolving systemic issues
Experience managing vendor performance and service level agreements (SLAs)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizations
Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
