  • Strong background in service reliability, operational excellence, and incident response for high-availability systems
  • Expertise in cryptography, key management, HSM-backed systems, and secrets management
  • Ability to reason about stateful distributed systems and design recovery strategies for regional failures
  • Proven track record of influencing technical direction across engineering, security, SRE, and product teams
  • Experience evaluating responsible AI/ML adoption in regulated or security-sensitive environments
