What you'll do

Lead the technical design and delivery of greenfield cloud services from inception to production.
Develop high-performance container runtimes and distributed frameworks for OCI’s critical workloads.
Direct the creation of advanced persistent storage and networking solutions at scale.
Define and drive adoption of core data-plane components and developer tools across OCI.
Mentor senior engineers, ensuring cross-team alignment on mission-critical service delivery.

What we're looking for

More than 10 years of experience delivering distributed, mission-critical cloud services at large scale.
Strong expertise in C/C++ and willingness to work on Rust.
Extensive experience with high-concurrency systems and low-level performance-critical design.
Proficiency in filesystem journalling, high-performance distributed storage, and consistency protocols like Raft or Paxos.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and technologies.
Significant experience in startups or fast-paced enterprise technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers and drive cross-team alignment.
