What you'll do

• Conduct deep analysis of attacker activity in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Identify potential threats to enable proactive defense measures.
• Develop threat intelligence and transfer knowledge to improve customer security.
• Build proof-of-concept tools and automations for enhanced threat hunting capabilities.
• Drive product improvements by sharing insights from large-scale threat hunts and responses.
• Prioritize complex security issues and create relevant mitigations for customers.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for security issue mitigation.

What we're looking for

• Doctorate or Master's degree in a relevant field plus extensive experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven knowledge of security fundamentals across Microsoft platforms (Client, Server, Cloud).
• Strong understanding of malware and modern threat landscape, including identity-based attacks.
• Familiarity with SQL/KQL or other large database/SIEM query languages.
• Experience with sophisticated threat actor evidence, including IOCs, IOAs, TTPs.
• Use of forensic analysis tools such as X-Ways Forensics, WinHex, EnCase, FTK.
• Experience analyzing various forensic log artifacts from SIEM logs and protection systems.
