What we're looking for
PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Engineering.
At least 8 years of experience in data science, statistical computing, or platform development with significant organizational impact.
Expertise in building and scaling scientific software systems for clinical research environments.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, R) and practices for reproducible, compliant computing.
Leadership of complex technical programs or cross-functional initiatives with strategic significance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
Experience leading global projects across diverse stakeholder groups and time zones.
