What you'll do

Lead technical pre-sales activities including demonstrations and RFP responses.
Recommend best-practice solutions to address customer technical challenges.

Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

5+ years of pre-sales experience with complex technical products or equivalent professional and customer-facing experience.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics to various audiences.
Deep understanding of customer communications needs and capability to guide them towards a technical solution.
Previous software development experience or working knowledge in cloud platforms and application architecture.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security technologies is beneficial.
