- Design and run structured experiments with pre-registered hypotheses and clear decision rules.
- Elevate measurement by implementing enhanced conversions, offline imports, and robust tagging.
- Manage DMA/City targeting, on/off market lists, exclusions, and budget allocation by region.
- Coordinate with SEO to build a unified query universe and improve organic rankings and AI Overviews presence.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience scaling paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Deep expertise in modern search strategies, including broad match and Smart Bidding.
- Hands-on AI/automation experience with platform features and custom scripts/APIs.
- Strong background in experimentation, measurement, and value-based bidding techniques.
- Proficiency in data tools like GTM, GA4, BI dashboards, and cloud data warehouses.
- Proven success in migrating to higher-intent optimization and tying media to business impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Finance.
