What you'll do

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic initiatives and business priorities.
  • Analyze and enhance existing business processes to drive operational efficiency using Product capabilities.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement lifecycle for Product features and integrations.
  • Champion end-user needs by providing comprehensive training, support, and guidance.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, IT Consulting, or Oracle Applications Consulting.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale IT implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes including CRM, CPQ, and ERP technologies.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and/or Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in Agile or hybrid development environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with business and technical teams to deliver measurable results.
