What you'll do

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic initiatives and business priorities.
Analyze and enhance existing business processes to drive operational efficiency using Product capabilities.
Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement lifecycle for Product features and integrations.
Champion end-user needs by providing comprehensive training, support, and guidance.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, IT Consulting, or Oracle Applications Consulting.
Proven track record leading large-scale IT implementations.
Deep understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes including CRM, CPQ, and ERP technologies.
Experience working with Salesforce, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and/or Oracle Fusion.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in Agile or hybrid development environments.
Demonstrated success partnering with business and technical teams to deliver measurable results.
