What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, QA/test engineering, or related roles
- Strong skills in authoring user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test plans
- Proficiency in functional and integration testing, including leading UAT efforts
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and diagrams (UML, sequence)
- Experience validating data across systems and designing test datasets for migrations or integrations
- Familiarity with Agile practices, sprint ceremonies, and common collaboration tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
