What you'll do

Lead multi-functional teams in defining and executing automated driving features.

Formulate test cases for validation plans that trace back to feature requirements.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of engineering experience with complex electro-mechanical systems
Minimum 5 years of technical/engineering experience in automotive technology
Understanding of active safety systems, vehicle performance, and automated driving
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deliverables efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical issues
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with ADAS systems and virtualization/simulation development preferred
