What you'll do

Design and develop highly reliable and secure infrastructure for bare-metal provisioning systems.
Tackle complex distributed systems challenges to enhance OCI’s compute services performance.
Automate the full server lifecycle from platform shape creation to customer-ready instance provisioning.
Debug and optimize low-level systems such as Linux, Docker, Java web services, and Terraform.
Design broad interactions within distributed systems to ensure seamless infrastructure operations.
Develop and maintain large-scale, highly available distributed systems for enterprise-grade reliability.

What we're looking for

3 to 8+ years of experience in large-scale, highly available distributed systems development and operation
Proficient in Linux development and debugging low-level system components
Strong understanding of databases, storage, and distributed persistence technologies
Expertise in designing and developing broad distributed system interactions
Experience with Docker, Java web services, Terraform, and full server lifecycle management
