As a Senior Member of Technical Staff in DevOps, you will join a dynamic team responsible for building and operating the next-generation AI-first Electronic Health Record platform. Your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, resilient, secure, and observable cloud-native services using modern engineering principles. You will embed Site Reliability Engineering practices such as SLI/SLO definition, error budgets, observability, incident response, and automated remediation into the development lifecycle to ensure high service reliability. Key responsibilities include driving architecture decisions, delivering high-quality code with CI/CD practices, enhancing observability across services, leading incident management, and developing automation for operational excellence. Proficiency in Java, C/C++, or Golang is required, along with hands-on experience in SRE roles and scripting skills in Python or Bash. Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity is also essential.
