Over 15 years of pre-sales/Solutions Engineering experience in IT.
At least 5 years of managerial experience as an SE manager.
Strong understanding of the Northern European market and business growth track record.
Proven ability to coach, lead, and manage a team effectively.
Expertise in internet technologies including OSI Model layers 1-7, BGP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL/TLS.
Demonstrated experience in customer buying decision processes and revenue-driven business decisions.
