What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in GSOC, emergency management, or critical communications program leadership
  • Experience owning SaaS programs from implementation through lifecycle maturity
  • Demonstrated success with AlertMedia, Everbridge, Crisis24, or similar platforms
  • Strong capability to lead change and establish standards across global business units
  • Deep understanding of emergency communication principles and risk modeling
  • Ability to guide teams in connecting emergency notification tools at the API level
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with relevant experience
