Senior Manager, Product Solutions Architecture | Datadog Careers

What you'll do

• Manage a team of expert individual contributors to create best practices for large-scale Datadog adoption.
• Recruit and hire top talent for the Product Solution Architecture team.
• Mentor new hires during onboarding to ensure skill development and capability growth.
• Align team initiatives with company goals and enable collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality feedback to Product Management based on field experience with customers.
• Guide large Enterprise customers on architecture choices, data collection, and best practices.
• Participate in Executive Brief conversations about overall architecture and industry trends.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience solving complex problems in the observability space.
• 5+ years of people management experience with a focus on team growth and development.
• Proven ability to recruit top talent for individual contributor and front-line leadership roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including influencing key stakeholders at C-level.
• Fluent understanding of the monitoring market, competition, technological shifts, and customer needs.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance on architecture choices and best practices for large enterprise customers.
