What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end HRIS implementations from planning through adoption.

  • Establish data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and SOX requirements.
  • Support M&A integrations by managing system consolidation and integration planning.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or HR Operations in high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional technical programs across multiple business functions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday, Rippling, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience managing projects involving system integrations, API connections, and data flows.
  • Understanding of HR functional areas including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Compliance.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (JIRA, AirTable, Asana) and data analysis tools (Excel/Sheets).
  • Strategic mindset capable of moving between high-level strategy and detailed execution seamlessly.
