Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs supporting Foodbuy business capabilities.

Support demand intake and initiative prioritization processes to align roadmap priorities with organizational capacity.

What we're looking for
Over 12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technology leadership roles.
At least 5 years of people leadership experience managing TPMs, program managers, or cross-functional delivery teams.
Proven ability to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives in complex operational environments.
Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies, SDLC, release management, and portfolio governance.
Experience coordinating across multiple business units including product, engineering, supply chain, procurement, and operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
