Senior Manager of Quality Assurance, AIML Data Operations

What you'll do

• Define and continuously improve QA standards, frameworks, and metrics for data annotation tasks across various data types.
• Develop and implement scalable QA protocols including sampling strategies, inter-annotator agreement measures, and error taxonomy frameworks.
• Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to drive systematic process improvements in quality assurance.
• Advocate for and oversee the integration of automated quality checks into annotation pipelines to enhance throughput without sacrificing accuracy.
• Establish and track QA KPIs and OKRs; provide regular data-driven reporting on quality performance and trends to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance or data operations
• 10+ years of people management experience leading QA teams
• Proven ability to define and operate large-scale QA programs for data annotation
• Strong understanding of AIML concepts and impact on model performance
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on using data for quality improvements
• Professional fluency in English with superior communication abilities
• Experience managing QA for multilingual or multimodal datasets preferred
