What you'll do
- Manage the integration of new and changing compliance initiatives into Oracle’s Data Center Compliance Program.

- Develop compliance governance frameworks and standardize workflows for operational scalability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align on compliance requirements early in the data center lifecycle.

What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale cloud or data center infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of Information Security and Data Center regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience leading and managing high-performing teams in a people management role
- Expertise in contract management related to data centers and suppliers
- Ability to build strong partnerships across business, technical, legal, and procurement teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Primavera
