Senior Manager, Network Product Engineering & Operations

What you'll do

• Lead high-performing teams in designing and deploying scalable network solutions.
• Define long-term product vision and roadmaps for critical network platforms.
• Ensure operational excellence by establishing SLAs, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Champion the adoption of NetDevOps practices to enhance product capabilities.
• Oversee financial performance and manage budgets for network products.
• Act as senior technical escalation point for production incidents and issues.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of progressive experience in network engineering with expertise in modern network operations and automation.
• 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams in complex, mission-critical operational environments.
• Proven ability to provide architectural ownership for large-scale network platforms across business units.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating broadcast-grade, low-latency networks critical for on-air success.
• Experience with NetDevOps practices and tools like Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
