Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations

What you'll do

• Establish the site’s operating model, mission, and performance rhythm aligned with NVIDIA's manufacturing objectives.
• Lead day-to-day operations, coordinating resources to ensure build plans are met and supply commitments protected.
• Serve as primary contact for Houston-area manufacturing partners, addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide leadership during disruptions, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of critical issues.
• Build and develop the Texas operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate continuity of supply assurance processes to ensure forecast alignment and delivery of finished goods.

What we're looking for

• At least 12 years of experience in manufacturing partner environments or production planning, including at least 5 years of direct people leadership.
• Strong understanding and demonstrated capability leading complex operational programs in board, system, and network product manufacturing flows.
• Proven experience establishing operating structures, performance cadences, and cross-functional alignment mechanisms in manufacturing environments.
• Experience working within global manufacturing networks and distributed supply bases.
• Structured analytical and problem-solving skills with sound operational judgment.
• Clear and effective communication skills to align technical and business collaborators.
• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced operational situations, including factory recovery or supply disruptions.
