What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of strategic sourcing or supplier development experience.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead supplier industrialization efforts for NPI and scaling production.
  • Deep technical expertise in indirect services and processes (Professional Services, CapEx).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools for cost modeling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required.
