At least 3 years of team management experience, passionate about building and developing teams.
Strong analytical skills to build complex financial models and distill data into actionable insights.
Ability to lead in high-performance cultures, handle ambiguity, and influence senior leaders on strategic decisions.
Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or grocery industry (preferred but not required).
Expertise in providing full financial oversight and driving financial clarity within a business.
