Senior Manager, ERP Quality - Global Product Lead

What you'll do

• Lead process standardization and design for Quality function on SAP S/4 program.
• Plan and execute all process design, build, test, and adoption activities for Quality.
• Review and approve process decisions to ensure compliance with Global Template standards.
• Partner with IT team to drive systematic development and deployment of capabilities.
• Collaborate with master data team to ensure data configuration meets business needs.
• Manage project timelines and landmarks in sophisticated business environments.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making bodies and govern operational technological processes.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of Quality business experience with knowledge of LIMS, Non-conformance/CAPA systems.
• At least 5 years in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
• Demonstrated hands-on SAP project experience focusing on Quality Management (SAP QM).
• Experience designing and implementing operational technological processes globally.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional decision-making bodies.
• Familiarity with GxP and SOX requirements and regulations preferred.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in sophisticated business environments.
