Senior Manager - Digital Product Manager

What you'll do

• Lead IT evaluation exercises for product concepts from ideation to maturity.
• Develop IT solutions and cost estimates for MVPs in collaboration with business areas.
• Coordinate release planning and resolve issues to ensure project milestones are met.
• Proactively manage risks and execute corrective actions to mitigate scope or budget variances.
• Identify and leverage interdependencies between projects to promote benefits realization.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in Commercial Medical Product Development.
• 6+ years of collaboration with external vendors supporting various programs for Commercial Plan Sponsors.
• 5+ years of experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• 4+ years of independent management of deliverables, including effort estimation.
• Strong client interfacing, stakeholder management, and high-impact communication skills.
