Senior Manager, Cloud Services Platform

What you'll do

• Lead strategy and execution for cloud services providing container, artifact, and ML model registry capabilities.
• Define standards for model packaging, image build pipelines, artifact management, and deployment workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and enforce policies for access control, compliance, software supply chain security, and auditability across platforms.
• Define and track KPIs and SLAs for registry services including availability, latency, storage efficiency, reliability, and developer experience.
• Mentor engineering managers and senior individual contributors to build a strong leadership bench and inclusive culture.

What we're looking for

• Over 12 years of software engineering experience with significant ownership of cloud platforms and distributed systems.
• At least 5 years of leadership in managing engineering teams or leading multiple senior technical workstreams.
• Proven track record operating critical services with high availability, latency, throughput, data integrity, and security requirements.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native systems including Kubernetes, object storage, databases, API design, and observability.
• Experience building and operating enterprise-scale containerization and registry systems like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong people leadership skills for hiring, performance management, career development, and team-building.
• Excellent communication abilities to present technical strategies and influence cross-functional priorities at senior levels.
