Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Payments - Careers

What you'll do

• Spearhead the development and deployment of LLM agents and real-time fraud detection systems.
• Design and implement large-scale AI applications ensuring low latency and high reliability for both batch and streaming workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI/ML requirements and measure business value through data-driven metrics.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment focused on production excellence in AI.
• Architect end-to-end solutions at global scale, setting technical standards for model governance and continuous learning.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of industry experience in applied AI/ML with MS or PhD.
• Mastery of modern AI/LLM workflows including prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java, plus data engineering expertise.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, scalable inference stacks, vector search, and MLOps platforms.
• Proven success designing, deploying, and monitoring large-scale production AI systems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in the Payments domain preferred.
