As a Senior Lead Machine Learning Engineer in the Intelligent Foundations and Experiences team, you will lead dedicated pods of engineers to build AI/ML capabilities for Credit and Financial Risk Management products. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering AI-powered solutions that solve real-world business problems through model experimentation, LLM inference, similarity search, and agentic AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and scale these products, enhancing associate performance and customer value. The role requires expertise in Python, Scala, or Java, along with experience in deploying scalable ML solutions on public clouds like AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud, or Azure. Additionally, you must stay current with the latest ML research and have a strong background in building and optimizing ML systems at scale.

What we're looking for
At least 8 years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
At least 3 years of experience in building, scaling, and optimizing ML systems.
2+ years of experience leading teams developing ML solutions.
Master's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services at scale.
Experience with Python for developing AI and ML algorithms.
Experience deploying scalable AI/ML solutions in public clouds like AWS Bedrock.
