What we're looking for

14+ years of experience in full life-cycle software development using C, C++, C#, Python, or Linux.
6+ years of leadership in software development and sustainment activities.
Extensive experience leading teams with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting system prints and schematics.
Expertise in NI tools and components, familiar with Visual Studio, Git, and Jira.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
