What you'll do

  • Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions to enhance iCloud services efficiency.
  • Build agentic systems using Claude, LLM frameworks, and intelligent automation pipelines.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows for capacity planning, anomaly detection, and forecasting.
  • Partner with SRE and infrastructure teams to identify and deploy scalable AI solutions.
  • Create safe agent workflows with strong observability and human-in-the-loop validation.
  • Improve engineering decision-making by integrating infrastructure telemetry and LLM reasoning.
  • Drive adoption of AI-first practices that reduce toil and optimize cost structures.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or large-scale cloud services environments
  • Proven experience designing and building production GenAI, ML platform, developer productivity, or tooling systems
  • Hands-on expertise with LLM application architecture, including retrieval, context engineering, workflow orchestration, and agentic workflows
  • Demonstrated technical leadership across teams, influencing roadmaps, mentoring, and driving adoption of shared practices
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure operations, observability, deployment systems, and operational safety principles
  • Exceptional analytical skills, systems thinking, and cross-functional communication abilities
