Senior Harness Engineer, Omen

What you'll do

• Design and develop electrical harness systems to meet technical requirements.
• Select appropriate connectors, wire materials, and shielding for environmental durability.
• Generate harness system block diagrams and wire diagrams for production release.
• Prepare assembly instructions and test procedures using industry standards.
• Perform electrical trade studies for wire gauge, connector selection, and topology.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing electrical harnesses for rugged applications.
• Expertise in working with harness manufacturers to ensure high-quality, reliable products.
• Knowledge of common electrical bus interfaces and applicable harness standards.
• Ability to apply SWaP principles for power, network, and communication systems.
• Proficiency in reading wire block interconnect diagrams and wire diagrams.
• Strong organization and communication skills (written and oral).
