What you'll do

  • Oversee the functionality of Hardware Farm, performing HW and SW debugs on GPU, SoC, CPU systems.

  • Coordinate with global teams to resolve technical challenges and drive critical debugs for timely system availability.
  • Enhance farm process and infrastructure by collaborating with development and location-based teams.
  • Develop automated monitoring and alert systems to detect and address real-time farm issues proactively.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive strategic improvements in the farm.

What we're looking for

  • Over 5 years of experience in hardware/silicon domain with a B.E/B. Tech in ECE or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of motherboard platforms, SoCs, PC Hardware, and network connections.
  • Profound expertise in Linux OS internals and scripting languages (Python, Perl, TCL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex HW/SW issues in lab and farm infrastructure.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to collaborate across global teams effectively.
  • Leadership abilities to mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
