Senior GenAI Engineer - Solutions Architecture

What you'll do

• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for AI solutions.
• Develop autonomous agents with recursive reasoning capabilities for enterprise tasks.
• Execute architectural vision for complex IT projects in a regulated environment.
• Maintain technology roadmaps by staying updated on emerging technologies.
• Integrate new APIs, tool sets, and data stores to create vector stores and knowledge graphs.
• Establish governance frameworks including logging, explainability, and evaluation pipelines.
• Ensure AI deployments comply with regulatory requirements and prevent reasoning drift.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in scalable machine learning or Generative AI.
• Expert proficiency in Python and a compiled, object-oriented language like Java or C++.
• Deep knowledge of LLM orchestration, embedding models, vector database architecture, and advanced evaluation techniques.
• Proven ability to modernize legacy systems and deploy large-scale distributed ML pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security postures and compliance-driven software development lifecycles.
