Principal GenAI Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Drive architecture and deployment of enterprise-scale generative AI systems using LLM orchestration and modular agents.
• Design scalable and secure reference architectures for generative AI solutions to ensure cost efficiency and responsible use.
• Mentor engineers and influence technology decisions across the organization to enhance technical leadership contributions.
• Develop innovative software designs that integrate generative AI to improve existing systems and processes.
• Create clear technical documentation and architecture descriptions for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering plus 7 years of related work experience (Required)
• Proven track record of architecting and scaling enterprise-grade generative AI platforms (LLM orchestration, agent frameworks) (Preferred)
• Experience establishing AI engineering standards, reference architectures, and governance models adopted across an organization (Preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to design composable AI systems enabling non-technical users to build workflows without engineering support (Preferred)
• Recognized technical leadership with experience mentoring senior engineers and driving AI adoption at the organizational level (Preferred)
