As a Senior GenAI Engineer at Samsung Ads, you will lead the development and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions across various business units, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations. Reporting to the IT Director, your role involves designing complex agentic workflows that enable autonomous execution of multi-step processes with minimal human intervention, ensuring these systems comply with Samsung’s governance framework. You will work closely with a Product Owner and Principal Architect to implement AI tools such as AWS Bedrock, Claude, AnythingLLM, and other open-source platforms, integrating them with enterprise applications like CRMs and HRIS. What we're looking for
3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms.
Proven track record of delivering successful GenAI or agentic AI systems in enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and open-source AI tooling.
Experience designing complex agentic AI workflows and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
Understanding of data classification frameworks and corporate security policies for multinational enterprises.
Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills to convey AI capabilities effectively across all audiences.
