Senior EUV Plasma Research Project Lead

What you'll do

• Lead project teams in developing and testing EUV plasma technology for next-generation products.
• Plan and manage resources for ideation and experimental validation of EUV source concepts.
• Drive innovation to scale EUV power and stability by collaborating with controls and software teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication of knowledge to engineering and product development teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for successful technology demonstrations.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS degree with 5+ years of experience in physics, plasma engineering, photonics, or a related field.
• Strong project management and leadership skills over the full life cycle of complex projects.
• Understanding of scientific research methods and hands-on experience with system design and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage resources, plan budgets, and balance timing constraints effectively.
• Clear communication skills for various audiences, including technical documentation and senior management reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and lead research efforts.
