What you'll do
Design and scale enterprise applications by launching new tools and enhancing existing services.
Ensure a unified tooling ecosystem by integrating tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), and Monday.
Implement secure access controls in partnership with the Enterprise Access Management team.
Build and maintain automation scripts using Python to reduce manual effort.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation for workflows and administrative procedures.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products and administration best practices.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in administering and scaling SaaS productivity applications.
Subject matter expertise in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) including customizations and integrations.
Strong Python automation skills for building, troubleshooting, and scaling scripts independently.
