What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in computer science or related field with 5+ years managing engineering teams
  • Proven ability to engage senior technical leadership, including Directors and VPs
  • Expertise in scalable web services, globally distributed systems, and multi-functional feature delivery
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL data stores like Solr, Redis, Cassandra, etc.
  • Strong track record of strategic planning and balancing business priorities with infrastructure investments
  • Experience owning complex engineering projects from inception to production
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
