What you'll do
Define and communicate a clear AI roadmap for enhancements within Workday platforms.
Own the lifecycle of AI features from ideation to delivery across HR, Finance, and Operations.
Champion experimentation with generative AI and automation use cases to drive innovation.
Establish responsible AI practices including transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Develop training and documentation strategies to accelerate AI literacy and adoption.
Define KPIs and report on the impact of AI initiatives in terms of ROI and outcomes.
What we're looking for
Proven experience embedding AI agents on enterprise platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
Strong foundation in Workday Extend apps, REST APIs, and event-based integrations.
Expertise in AI agent lifecycle management, including skill models and workflow-to-agent mapping.
Comfort with multi-agent patterns, API usage, and operating under enterprise security policies.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, secure/scalable agent design, and multi-system interactions.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, authentication patterns, and integrating via Workday Public APIs.
Understanding of HCM, Security, Business Process Framework (BPF), Reporting, and tenant setup in Workday.
