As a Senior Engineer II on the agent-first engineering team in Lowell, MA, you will build and evolve type-safe AI pipelines for intent analysis, planning, knowledge enrichment, and infrastructure generation across Z, Power, and Cloud platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include extending pipeline routing, designing context management and telemetry systems, owning a markdown-based workflow engine, developing a plugin-based tool provider system, and advancing an evaluation framework to ensure production safety of AI-generated outputs. You will also help build a cross-platform workflow catalog for discovery and execution by humans and AI agents. Strong Go engineering skills are essential as the entire harness is built in Go. Experience with LLM integration, building execution systems like workflow engines and pipeline frameworks, and quality measurement systems such as evaluation and testing frameworks is highly valued. This role involves working on a platform that combines small language models with strong systems engineering to deliver production-grade automation at scale.
