What you'll do

  • Design and implement complex models and procedures using advanced technical expertise in HashiCorp Vault.
  • Drive the reliable execution of large projects (4-12 weeks) from end-to-end design to full lifecycle implementation.
  • Evaluate trade-offs, propose solutions, remove blockers, and communicate project progress to stakeholders effectively.
  • Debug and resolve complex issues related to HashiCorp Vault operations at scale in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
  • Mentor other engineers and guide team collaboration activities such as pairing and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Advocate for technical roadmap initiatives that enhance systems and organizational effectiveness beyond individual projects.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in building production-grade services with Golang.
  • Proficient in managing Kubernetes workloads and platform components.
  • Expertise in designing scalable distributed systems on major cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience operating HashiCorp Vault at scale across environments.
  • Skilled in implementing robust observability practices using monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of TLS/mTLS, certificate management, IAM, and secrets lifecycle.
