What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in programming with proficiency in Go

Ability to lead design discussions and mentor junior engineers
Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code quality improvement
Interest or experience in autonomous systems like AI agent orchestration
Exposure to policy-as-code frameworks and dynamic rules evaluation systems
