What you'll do

  • Implement, unit test, and fix issues in various features of 802.11 MAC protocols.
  • Maintain production-quality firmware for Samsung’s Wireless Connectivity solutions.
  • Debug low-level embedded software and custom/proprietary code enhancements.
  • Develop firmware for wireless communication protocols using C programming language.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in C programming for embedded firmware development and debugging low-level software.
  • Knowledge of WLAN standards, Wi-Fi MAC protocols, and coexistence with other wireless technologies.
  • Understanding of QoS concepts, data path optimization algorithms, and Linux kernel/device driver development.
  • Experience developing firmware for wireless communication protocols (WLAN) and using lab equipment.
