Experience with large-format batteries and high-voltage power systems is preferred.

What you'll do

Own the Energy subsystem architecture including storage, distribution, management, and external charging.
Drive design and development of energy storage systems for ultra-long-range autonomous operation.
Manage power distribution and bus architecture across the vehicle to ensure efficient power delivery.
Design external charging interfaces and solutions for rapid turnaround and efficiency.
Define electrical interfaces between the energy subsystem and other vehicle systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in energy or power systems for marine, aerospace, or robotic systems
Experience taking energy or power systems through full product development cycles
Demonstrated experience with battery systems, power electronics, and energy management
Experience transitioning designs from prototype to production
Secret security clearance required
Familiarity with safety standards for energy storage systems
