As a Senior DSP Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary team to guide and mentor junior engineers in the development of signal processing and machine learning algorithms for deployment on FPGAs and GPUs. Your daily tasks include collaborating with software and hardware teams to implement DSP techniques into firmware and conducting modeling and simulation (M&S) for RADAR systems, including Hardware-in-the-Loop/Software-in-the-Loop testing. You will also participate in laboratory and field tests of RF systems and contribute to the maturation of these systems into deployable products. The role requires expertise in Python, MATLAB, CUDA, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with wireless communication standards. Ideal candidates have a background in defense or aerospace, extensive knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), and experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Inverse SAR (ISAR).
